Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Dan Costello earned his first degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology with an emphasis in Disability Studies from Truman State University before completing his chiropractic education at Logan University. He has been practicing in Fairbanks since 2016 and is currently pursuing post-graduate training toward national board certification in functional neurology.

Dr. Costello provides care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, with a primary-care approach that often involves co-managing cases alongside other health care providers. He specializes in integrative rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, using comprehensive physical and neurological examinations to guide diagnosis and treatment, particularly for patients who have struggled to find answers elsewhere.

Education is central to his philosophy of care. Every patient receives an individualized home exercise program designed around their condition, exam findings, and personal health goals.
