Costello Chiropractic is Out of Network with all insurance companies. Please look into your chiropractic out-of-network benefits before moving forward with billing.

We bill all major insurance companies. Insurance coverage is subject to a policy holders out-of-network chiropractic benefits.
We require a Credit Card on file for scheduling.
We bill Medicare, and are accepting Medicare patients.
We bill the VA, and are accepting VA patients.
We bill Auto Insurance and Workers Compensation.
Patients paying cash receive a 15% discount.
We accept Care Credit.
